Verify completeness and consistency before submission.

Structured reports that require specific formatting for submission often catch preventable errors at the worst point — final QA, after the full review cycle has already run. A supervised pre-submission check catches those earlier.

What QA on structured reports handles

For each outgoing structured report, the workflow runs a pre-submission check against your formatting and completeness requirements before the file goes out.

  • Verifies required fields are populated with valid values
  • Checks values against expected ranges or type-specific rules
  • Flags format mismatches against submission requirements
  • Identifies missing sections or incomplete entries before submission
  • Produces a structured QA summary flagging items for correction

When to look at this

  • Preventable errors surface at the last step Your QA cycle catches field errors and format issues at submission time, requiring corrections that send the report back through part of the review cycle.
  • QA time is dominated by field validation A significant share of your QA review is spent confirming fields and format requirements rather than substantive review of content.
  • Report volume is growing faster than QA capacity Submission volume has increased to a point where QA is a bottleneck, and a meaningful share of that work is mechanical field checking rather than judgment.

This workflow type is in development. If your team has a specific report format and a defined QA rubric, we are interested in the document type and submission requirements you are working against.

The first live workflow on this surface is the FROI Pilot — workers' comp intake completeness. That pilot is available now.
